Product Replacement/Return Policy
If you receive a defective/damaged item please contact our offices at 888 368-5571 within 48 hours of receipt. We will reship the damaged/defective items from your order via FedEx Ground at the expense of the CMG. Dependant upon the items value we may issue a call tag for the damaged/defective merchandise. We will not accept any returns nor will we ship any replacement items for any problem communicated after 48 hours from the reported delivery time per the parcel carrier.
Please note we will only issue a refund in the event we are unable to reship the damaged/defective merchandise within a timely manner.
The CMG limit of liability for any item sold is limited to the value of the item on the original invoice.
By placing an order with the CMG you are acknowledging acceptance of our return/replacement policy.
